🚍Attention Bus Riders🚍

Wheeler ISD Bus Routes will begin on Thursday August 20th in the afternoon. Your child MUST have a bus form filled out and signed in order to ride the bus. We are consolidating our routes down to (2) buses, and we need to have an accurate head count for bus riders.

*Pickup/Dropoff for students south of town will be at the Roadside Park on Hwy 83. *Pickup/dropoff for students west of town will be the Buffalo Feed yard.

👩‍🏫Meet the Teacher, Additional Class Forms, and New Student Registration will be held on Friday August 14th from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. (Lunch break from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.). ✏️This is for ALL Thomas R. Helton Elementary Students, new and returning! ✏️Online registration for returning students will be announced soon. 📚This is a great time to meet your teacher, sign up for class parties, sign into our NEW school communication app, and fill out any additional forms your child's teacher may have. 📚. 📚Attention Parents of Upcoming PK Students and Students NEW to Thomas R. Helton Elementary School (PK-5)📚
Please come by the main office of Wheeler ISD and pick up registration packets beginning Monday July 21st. This will help save time on filling out paperwork later during Meet the Teacher day. This will also give us a count of all upcoming PK students, and students new to the district.
